  Testimonials
"Pat Beaugard brings a wealth of skills and experience to her coaching practice. I have referred individuals as well as groups to her in order for them to take the DISC assessment.

After the assessments were administered, Pat conducted a thorough debriefing with each client. I have witnessed some significant transformation within work groups as the individuals involved received specific feedback from the assessments. The information from the assessments allowed individuals to reflect on their behavior and make specific changes that allowed the work group to become more effective at carrying out their specific tasks.

Pat is a warm, dedicated professional who is able to present her clients with extremely useful feedback in a manner that can be heard and then put to use. I highly recommend both the assessments Pat administers as well as Pat herself as a very effective Executive Coach."

Workshops to Improve Communication in the Workplace

How to Improve Communication in the Workplace? You may be asking yourself this very question...

Managers can Improve Communication in the Workplace by having your team participating in a workshop. This is an excellent way to gain techniques for workplace communication, improve and practice skills in a safe setting, and connect with others who want to learn and grow professionally and personally. Additionally, workshops are more economical than individual coaching sessions.

Pat understands adult learners and organizes her workshops to capitalize on methods that work best for adult participants. She doesn't "lecture," but instead utilizes effective tools to facilitate the learning process. Her workshops include interactive exercises, and she encourages participants to have fun while they are learning. Workshops can be tailored for your organizational needs. Some suggested topics are:
