  Testimonials
"I have known Pat Beaugard for over six years and have observed and participated in her successful coaching practice. I have worked with her in a variety of settings and have seen that she is consistent, professional and dependable.

I am always impressed at how Pat keeps her perspective fresh and her skills sharp with ongoing professional development, peer group support, and trying new things. Because of this, she brings an assortment of assessment tools and various approaches to use with her clients. She is compassionate and insightful, appropriately assessing the needs of the individual or group she is working with. Whether it is coaching the development of a company, career transition, or topic specific trainings, she always determines the essence of the situation and addresses it with appropriate tools, exercises and resources.

When working with teams, Pat uses practical useful information and exercises to help bridge the gap of differences and move work groups into increased performance. She is an informative teacher and presenter.

Pat has a strong background well suited for coaching and therefore brings a lot to the table, no matter where the table is located! I have worked with her as a client, as a community leader, and as an employer and would do so again without reservation."

Team Building in the Workplace

Success in the workplace and in your personal life depends on your ability to interact with others – employees, peers, co–workers, bosses, and customers – through your communication. Communication Problems in Workplace settings can be resolved beginning with self–awareness and understanding; the next is awareness and understanding of others.

In order to over-come communication problems in the workplace and accomplish effective Team Building in the Workplace, each team member needs to not only understand and appreciate his/her own communication style, but also the style of other members. An important part of team building is a group session to discuss all the styles and learn the strengths each person brings to the team. This helps the team learn better ways to communicate with each other and how they can function as a cohesive group to be a more productive team.

Team Building & DISC
Online Assessment Profiles
The TTI (Target Training International) Success InsightsTM Collection provides online assessment tools to help individuals and team members become aware of how they communicate and what motivates them. The DISC profile, which is sometimes mistakenly called a personality test, provides valuable information about an individual's preferred behavioral communication style. The Workplace MotivatorsTM and PIAVTM (Personal Interests, Attitudes, and Values) assessment tools provide valuable information about why an individual behaves as he or she does.

The following tools are available 24/7 through TTI's online delivery system. Complete an online assessment and receive a personalized report via e-mail within minutes. Review the report, and schedule an individual debriefing session with Pat to gain insights about the results and how you can use the information to improve your interactions at work and in your personal life. Then participate in a team session to learn and understand your teammates' behavioral communication styles and how you can all work together in a more cooperative, productive manner for the benefit of your organization.

Communication Problems in Workplace

Communication Behavior Style (DISC) Tools

Team BuildingTM Version
An assessment that generates a report based on an individual's behavior style and explains HOW he or she communicates. Effective interpersonal interaction begins with an accurate perception of oneself. Then through team training, individuals learn to recognize, appreciate, and adapt to the styles of team members for increased effectiveness.

ExecutiveTM Version
Defines the individual behavior style of a CEO, business owner, or other executive decision maker. The report identifies HOW the executive communicates. In the debriefing session, the individual gains an understanding of his/her communication style, the particular approach to dealing with problems and challenges, and how to maximize the strengths of the style.

Management–StaffTM Version
Defines an individual's unique behavior style. The report provides knowledge about HOW the individual communicates both in and outside of the current job setting. The debriefing session is an opportunity to understand and appreciate that particular style as well as to gain insights to leverage it for success.

Team Building in the Workplace

Value Tools

Workplace MotivatorsTM
Identifies six different values categories and explains WHY an individual does what he or she does. Values are beliefs held so strongly that they affect the behavior of individuals and organizations. This report emphasizes the role of the person's values in the workplace.

Personal Interests, Attitudes, and ValuesTM(PIAV)
Measures an individual's responses in each of six attitudes/values, which explains the WHY of his or her actions. Values drive behavior, so understanding personal values helps an individual understand his or her behavior.
